Tiny, Precise, Reliable – ALPS Magnetic Sensors Set new Standards |
Wide Area and High Reliability Magnetic Field Detection Increases Design Flexibility |
Duesseldorf, Germany, April 03, 2009 - ALPS ELECTRIC EUROPE GmbH covers with the magnetic sensors of the HGDx, HGPxx, and HGAR series a wide range of product applications. From pure switching functionality (open/closed recognition), through to position recognition and number of revolutions recognition, a wide range of differing types are available. Depending on the application the user can choose between different voltages, current saving and speed variants (numbers of revolutions of over 200.000 RPM are possible) as well as products with analogue or digital output. For incremental applications are the so-called latching types of the HGPxP series available. With the HGPxD series ALPS offers a special type with two out of phase working sensors, with which an incremental encoder can be achieved. Due to this wide ranging variety of products usage in nearly all applications is possible from consumer products via home appliances through to industrial applications, whether in mobile and/or stationary devices. The compact construction of the magnetic sensors provides a novel perspective where size and design is concerned. Download table of specifications and application areas |
