Variable and economically convincing: New range of scissor-type lifting tables by Pfaff-silberblau |
True to their principles, Pfaff-silberblau has banked on an optimum of performance, safety, user-friendliness and quality with the new scissor-type lifting table construction kits. The competence package also includes customer-friendly investment consulting, assembly on site, and reliable service and maintenance. The economical lifting tables, with their high energy efficiency, long maintenance intervals and long lifetime, ensure fast return on investment. The Pfaff-silberblau construction kit includes lifting tables for handling, and for system applications. There are lifting tables available with high-quality bearing systems, combined with cooling, for high numbers of cycles in multiple-shift operation. Stable, all-steel lifting platforms ensure increased efficiency in the loading area, as well as a long lifetime. The lifting tables are designed for loads of 500 to 10,000 kg, with an elevation of 800, 1,000, 1,300 or 1,600 mm. In addition to the standard lifting speed, there are several pump units and motors to choose from. There are also different variants of scissors, bearings and drives available, as well as versions with a self-supporting base frame. The self-supporting base frame makes concrete pouring superfluous, and saves time during commissioning. Depending on the application, the lifting table can be supplied in a sheet-metal version, or in the more stable, more rigid, profiled version. Thanks to the optimised cylinder position, the new Pfaff-silberblau scissor-type lifting tables are very energy-efficient. Closed ”plunger cylinders“ with high-quality sealing systems and honed, hard-chrome plated piston-rods ensure low maintenance costs. The pipe-rupture non-return valve integrated in each jack cylinder prevents the load from crashing in the case of a pipe rupture. There is a choice of two types of bearing for the lifting table: high-quality radial pivoting bearings for low numbers of operating cycles, and maintenance-free radial pivoting bearings for higher numbers of press cycles. The product developers at Pfaff-silberblau have designed the energy package – the high-quality, pressure-compensated gear pump with valve package – for a lifetime of at least 1 million load cycles. The generous volume of pressure medium ensures adequate cooling. The lifting tables are driven via contactor controls. The electrical components are Protection Class IP 54, and splash-proof. The cylinder end stops and the upper stroke limiter switch round off the safety package. And Pfaff-silberblau has also put considerable effort into accessories and optional extras. These include railings, overload flaps in various versions, run-under protection, special connection voltages or control voltages and special controls in different variants, running gear and corrosion-proof models. A particularly environmentally compatible option is the version with biologically degradable hydraulic fluid. High-quality custom units for nuclear facilities and theatre-stage equipment can be implemented. All the lifting tables conform to the new European standard for lifting tables, DIN EN 1570, and are delivered with a European Manufacturer’s Declaration and CE Declaration of Conformity. |
