Powerhouse in Silver & Blue: The New MH Machine Lifting Jack from Pfaff-silberblau
  • Hydraulic machine lifting jack for loads of 5 t, 10 t or 25 t
  • Safe and easy to operate and maintain
Friedberg, Germany, April 23, 2007 - Pfaff-silberblau Hebezeugfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, of Derching/Friedberg, Germany, is heading to bauma 2007 with a new powerhouse in its line up of “Handling and Transport Equipment.” The MH hydraulic machine jack is a reliable helper when it comes to jacking or relocating machinery or other heavy loads. Depending on the task and the specific type of application, there are versions available for lifting loads of up to 5 t, 10 t or 25 t. As is always the case with Pfaff-silberblau, in this new development, highest priority was given to ensuring ease-of-use, top levels of safety, reliable quality – and a price that is ori-ented on the needs of the market.

This sturdy machine jack lifts its load on one side, either using the lifting claw or the head plate. Here, the steel construction’s large base plate pro-vides optimal stability. The jack is operated using a built-in hydraulic hand pump that can be operated with excellent precision and little force; it en-ables operators to carefully control the lowering of the load with the aid of a lowering control valve. An overload valve protects the system against ex-cessive strain, and a stop valve prevents unintentional lowering of the load.

To make operation easier, the 25-t version is equipped with a stable chas-sis, the height of which can be adjusted using an adjusting screw. Another feature that adds convenience for the versions for 5-t and 10-t loads is the machine jack’s claw or base plate, which can rotate 360°. The pump unit can also be turned all the way around once, which makes the device signifi-cantly easier to use. With all of the MH models, the user can remove the pump lever when necessary – for additional freedom of movement and added safety. And maintenance of the robust and durable MH machine jack is simple: A freely accessible filling screw in the head plate makes it easier to refill lubricant.

Besides the MH machine lifting jack, Pfaff-silberblau also presents other products at bauma 2007: the LB console-mounted wire-rope winches, the program of hydraulic scissors lifts, as well as a girder trolley with handle. In hall B3 at booth B3.506, this specialist for lifting and material handling tech-nology provides information on its entire range of products and services.
