Fresh for bauma 2007: Pfaff-silberblau Expands Its Range of Lifting and Materials Handling Equipment

Variable girder trolley with a handle and an infinitely adjustable and reinforced traverse

Friedberg, Germany, April 23, 2007 - For the “bauma 2007” trade show, Pfaff-silberblau Hebezeugfabrik GmbH & Co. KG of Derching/Friedberg, Germany, is expanding its line up of lifting and material handling equipment: The company is presenting a new adaptable girder trolley a crank handle on the side. This girder trolley with a handle completes Pfaff-silberblau’s existing range with a new variable model. The crank, which is attached to the trolley’s side, enables fast and infinitely adjustable adaptation of the cross beam to fit different beam widths. The version for loads of up to 500 kg can accommodate beam widths from 50 to 180 mm, and the 1.0-t and 2.0-t models are configured for widths of 66 to 188 mm or 88 to 200 mm. To achieve greater sturdiness, the new girder trolley’s cross beams feature additional reinforcement. Furthermore, two counter nuts on the side plates ensure a secure hold. All these characteristics make this variable girder trolley from Pfaff-silberblau an essential aid for universal use – for example: by fitting and installation companies or rental services. Besides the girder trolley, Pfaff-silberblau will also be presenting other new products at bauma 2007: the LB series of console-mounted wire-rope winches and the range of hydraulic scissors lifts.
