Moving pallets without muscle power: Pfaff-silberblau presents electric pallet truck JOKER CLASSIC
Kissing and Hannover, 27 May 2008 – From now on, Pfaff-silberblau is turning manoeuvring of heavy loads in trade and at production facilities into a relaxing affair: At CeMAT 2008, Pfaff-silberblau Hebezeugfabrik GmbH, Kissing/Germany, (Hall 12, Stand B58) is presenting its news electric pallet truck JOKER CLASSIC with a manual lift. Thanks to the manoeuvrability and convenient motorisation of this power operated pallet truck, the arduous pulling and pushing of pallets or other goods with the classic hand pallet truck is now a thing of the past.

The newcomer in the range of industrial trucks from Pfaff-silberblau lifts manually and thanks to its high performance hydraulic pump, is used to easily lifting loads of up to 1,000 kg.  As soon as you need to move pallets around, the benefits of the DC electric motor become apparent: One push of a button is enough for the user to effortlessly steer his load to the place he wants it to go, and that in virtual silence. The pallet truck can be used on slopes of up to 5 percent when fully loaded.

This means that the new JOKER CLASSIC is suitable for use in both large warehouses and also in small businesses. Because with its compact total length of only 1,685 mm – with a fork length of 1,150 mm – it remains easy to manoeuvre and use, even in tight spaces. The motor gets the necessary power from an appropriately dimensioned battery which can quickly be recharged at any 230 V socket using the integrated charger.

Apart from the attractive price, a satisfying price-performance ratio is attained due to the robustness of the electric pallet truck JOKER CLASSIC: Both the motor and the battery are maintenance-free.

The smooth running JOKER CLASSIC is just one of many highlights from the current product range of lifting and material handing equipment by Pfaff-silberblau. At CeMAT 2008 at Stand B58 in Hall 12, among other things, the company is also displaying the hand wire rope winch OMEGA Ex and the wall-mounted rack and pinion jack ZWW Ex in ATEX design as well as the revolutionary and easy to use pallet truck  „FLEX MOTION“ and the newly designed electric stacker series EGV ESL.
