For any application: The versatile PHOENIX telescope lifting column series from ALLTEC Antriebstechnik
Single and multi-stage PHOENIX Industrie, Hydro, Heavy and Light for a wide range of tasks – from research and medicine to production and heavy machinery construction
Kissing (Germany), October 10, 2011 – From the standard version to individually tailored models, for heavy and outrageously heavy loads, from an integrated device to a self-sufficient system: The PHOENIX telescope lifting column from ALLTEC Antriebstechnik is as versatile as its potential applications are diverse. A newcomer on the scene is the PHOENIX-Heavy with its lifting power of up to 130kN, while lower loads are handled marvelously by the PHOENIX-Light, whose “plug-and-play” version for moving loads of up to 6kN complements its heavier-lifting counterparts. The well-known PHOENIX-Industrie is the ideal choice for medium loads; users who need to be independent of electricity supply can turn to the PHOENIX-Hydro, which is manually and – very unlikely – hydraulically operated.

The versatile, individually adaptable PHOENIX series enables ALLTEC Antriebstechnik to fulfill everything customers could possibly wish for from a lifting column in terms of lift, installation height, load, speed and, crucially, cost-efficiency. As a standardized series, it is cost-efficient to purchase; thanks to their closed system, PHOENIX lifting columns are low-maintenance and therefore even more cost-effective. The PHOENIX, according to its model, is available in a single or multi-stage version and can be mechanically or electrically synchronized.

Strong and durable: PHOENIX-Heavy

The PHOENIX’s applications are as varied as the series itself: The PHOENIX-Heavy, with its honed, hard-chromium-plated piston, is ideal for use in plant and heavy mechanical engineering for lifting very heavy machinery in such areas as vehicle construction or industrial production.

Plug and Play: PHOENIX-Light

The PHOENIX-Light is a particularly cost-efficient and speedily available member of the PHOENIX family: It is “plug and play”, quickly installed by connection to a standard 230-volt supply, and provides reliable support for loads of up to 6kN. The PHOENIX-Light can serve as a component in handling technology, for ergonomically appropriate height adjustment at assembly workstations, or in the entertainment sector and trade fair booth construction.

Flexible and individual: PHOENIX-Industrie

The PHOENIX-Industrie, with its lifting power of up to 25kN and a lifting speed of up to 200mm/s, is ALLTEC Antriebstechnik’s classic telescope lifting column. In its standard or tailored version, it can be used in production and assembly environments such as those in the aviation and automotive industries. The PHOENIX lifting columns’ special design makes them perfect for special tasks; for example, it can serve as a low-vibration actuator for research equipment which is particularly vibration-sensitive.

Mobile and self-sufficient: PHOENIX-Hydro

The PHOENIX-Hydro is an exception in the series, being the only PHOENIX lifting column with hydraulic operation – making it independent of an electricity supply and thus usable on the move and in the field. Operated by a pedal or a hand lever, it can move loads of up to 12kN, with its guide making it able to secure even excentric loads. Thanks to these characteristics, the PHOENIX-Hydro is a popular choice for applications in production, storage and logistics, as well as in medical technology, where uses include the adjustment of treatment beds.
