The virtually backlash-free helical gears and the precision screw jacks ensure a low total clearance in the system and allow the synchronisation to be controlled in the range of less than 0.1 mm. An electrically controlled safety nut for monitoring the wear and protecting the load from falling in case of wear ensures optimal safety in the SHG G90 quick lifting screw jack and accordingly also in the whole lifting device.
