Monolithic: The Robust PROLINE HZ PRO Ratchet Lever Hoist from Pfaff-silberblau |
Friedberg, Germany, September 6, 2005 – The well-proven PROLINE HZ PRO ratchet lever hoist is being presented at CeMAT from 11 – 15 October 2005 in Hanover with a new "outfit" at the booth of Pfaff-silberblau Hebezeugfabrik GmbH & Co. KG of Derching/ Friedberg, Germany: The sheet-steel housing has been replaced by a cast-iron sleeve (GGG 50), which makes this rugged, all-purpose device more durable than ever before. As a result, the HZ PRO remains the first choice for convenient lifting, pulling and clamping of loads between 750 and 6,000 kg. In addition to the gear case, the short lever arm is also made of solid cast iron, a feature that enables operators to keep a steady and reliable hold on the handle. The innovations inside the versatile PROLINE HZ PRO include the gear wheels, which not only reduces the amount of force that the operator needs to apply to the lever when using, they also ensure remarkable smoothness. A long service life and maximum safety are ensured by the PROLINE HZ PRO's galvanized chain, closed gear box (with friction bearings) and asbestos-free brake disks. The PROLINE HZ PRO is, nonetheless, only one of the numerous reengineered products that Pfaff-silberblau will be presenting at CeMAT 2005. In Hall 12 at stand A50, this specialist for lifting equipment and material handling technology is presenting such products as the smooth-running PROLINE P 90 pulley block, the powerful HU 10-XE high-lift pallet truck, the maneuverable EGU 15 P electric pallet truck, the SILVERLINE HZ S ratchet lever hoist with an additional gear box, as well as the redesigned SILVERLINE electric chain hoists. |
