New management team at Inova Semiconductors – Robert Isele and Roland Neumann to take over from January 2024.

Effective January 1, 2024, Robert Isele together with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Inova co-founder Roland Neumann will take over the leadership and management of Inova Semiconductors. Their appointment was unanimously approved at the shareholders' meeting on November 30. Following the unexpected death of Robert Kraus in September 2023, Hans Weilnhammer took over as CEO/CFO to lead the company through this difficult period. The dual leadership will now come into effect as a permanent successor to Robert Kraus. Robert Isele will contribute his many years of experience. He has been working for the BMW Group since the early 90s, in this time supervising and contributing to the application and development of APIX and ISELED. In his executive capacity in the display, instrumentation, interior lighting, and ultimately semiconductor management fields, he could gather extensive experience in semiconductor developments and supply chain processes. Inova Semiconductors is enjoying strong growth, and its many products, including APIX, ISELED/ILaS, and ADXpress, are proof of its ability to introduce innovative technologies for advanced display and lighting applications as well as high-speed automotive data transmission.
