PROVERTHA Online Configurator: The quick and easy way to a functionally reliable, fully shielded M12 system cable

This is why Provertha has now launched an Online Configurator for M12 system cables and customer-specific cable assemblies, making it much easier for customers to select the right cable. The easy-to-use configurator can be launched by clicking on the Provertha homepage. Provertha also plans to extend the configurator to include the D-Sub and High-Density D-Sub product ranges, as well as M8 and bus connectors, to better assist customers in selecting the right cabling and connector solution. The company also sees this as a further step in its digitalization efforts. Targeted and fast way to the right cable The shielded version of the M12 connection system has now established itself for a wide range of demanding applications involving Ethernet as well as Profibus and CAN bus – the M12 cable types are correspondingly diverse. For reliable data transfer, Provertha offers vibration and functionally reliable M12 system cables with 100% certification for industrial networks with all-round 360 degree shielding. Tailored to the respective application, the new Provertha Online Configurator provides a quick and easy way to find your individually configured M12 cable. These can be conveniently configured and requested from Provertha. Whether Profibus B-coded, CAN bus A-code, Profinet D-coded, EtherCAT D-coded, Railcat or Railcat crossover – a multitude of applications are covered. Standard versions are available at short notice. Besides selecting the desired application, for each configuration, users are requested to enter the version (configured, overmoulded), the connector type (male-female, female-female, male-male) and the cable length. Online request for customer-specific cable assemblies With a broad portfolio of production equipment and crimping tools, Provertha also produces highly specialised customised cable assemblies. The configurator enables customers to request their specific cable assembly online with the corresponding drawing and specification simply by uploading it to Provertha in the desired quantity.
