ROHM appoints Pierre Cotte as Country Manager for Southwest Europe

Willich-Münchheide, Germany, November 05, 2018 – As of September 1, 2018, ROHM Semiconductor appointed Mr. Pierre Cotte as new Country Manager for Southwest Europe including Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal and North Africa. Pierre Cotte has more than 20 years of international experience in high-tech companies and start-ups, where he held various management positions in business development and marketing. In his new function, he will continue to strengthen the automotive, industrial and distribution sectors from the French Office in Paris. “Pierre Cotte is a passionate, creative, results-oriented, analytical professional with strong product, marketing and management skills who joins the company. This was followed by positions as Field Application Engineer at NEC Electronics, Technical Marketing Manager at STMicroelectronics and Sales Manager South West Europe at Freescale Semiconductor. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President Sales and Business Development at MicroEJ. Pierre Cotte holds a Master`s Degree in Electronics and Embedded Software from the Engineering School, Polytech Grenoble, France, and a Post-Master’s Degree in Biological & Medical Systems from the University of Science J. Fourier, Grenoble.
